Andrew McCulloch takes the helm of Ray White Shore Group

Industry veteran Andrew McCulloch has taken ownership of Ray White Shore Group on the Gold Coast.

The acquisition includes offices in Sovereign Island, Paradise Point, Runaway Bay and Pacific Pines, with operations commencing under new leadership from November 1.

Mr McCulloch brings 20 years of experience across Australia and New Zealand to the role, having previously served as CEO for Ray White in New South Wales and most recently as the group’s national head of growth.

“I’m thrilled to become the leader of the Ray White Shore Group, the opportunity to lead such a dynamic business is incredibly exciting,” Mr McCulloch said.

“I’ve spent years advising and guiding high-performing offices across our network and others, and now, I’m eager to apply those learnings to build something special for my future and my children’s future.”

He plans to revitalise the existing businesses by fostering stronger community connections and implementing innovative practices.

“I’ve always believed in giving back to the community, and one of my goals is to create opportunities that support local sports teams, charities, and other community initiatives,” he said.

“We’ll match the contributions dollar for dollar to demonstrate our commitment to the region.”

The Paradise Point office is set for particular focus under the new leadership, with expansion plans already in development.

Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew said he was excited about the transition.

“We thank Ali Mian for everything he has done so far inside our group,” Mr Andrew said.

“He has represented our group so well and built one of the largest sales teams on the northern end of the Gold Coast and he’s now handed the baton to Andrew McCulloch with style.

“We can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings for the Shore Group under his leadership.”
