Coronis Group has significantly expanded its footprint in Southeast Queensland with the opening of four new agencies in Southport, Ascot, Mitchelton and Coolum.
CEO Karuna Mazzocchi said the expansion aligns with the group’s strategic growth plans and continued national expansion.
“The opening of Coronis Southport, Ascot, Mitchelton and Coolum have added to our already strong footprint in what has become Australia’s most sought after region for property,” Ms Mazzocchi said.
The ‘Golden Arc’ region, comprising Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, has seen substantial property growth with median home values above $1 million across all three cities, ranking behind only Sydney in value nationwide.
“I’m extremely proud of how each of our partnership franchises have been able to hit the ground running and quickly thrive. It comes back to having the right people and providing the right support for each agency,” she said.
The strategic expansion has been driven by significant interstate and international migration to the region.
According to ABS data, the Sunshine Coast saw 52.9 percent of its population increase from overseas migration in FY24, while the Gold Coast received Queensland’s highest rate of new residents.
This population growth has fueled demand for property, with home values increasing by 76.6 per cent on the Gold Coast, 68.5 per cent on the Sunshine Coast, and 69.3 per cent in Brisbane over the past five years.
Oliver Jonker, the number one agent in Ascot, opened Coronis Ascot in early 2025 and immediately saw results, recording his best February performance in a decade-long career.
Kerry Sullivan, one of the Sunshine Coast’s top agents, has also joined Coronis, opening the Coolum office.
“I’ve been so impressed by the level of service and support Coronis has provided. It’s a brand that is innovative and extremely motivated, and it makes me feel invigorated and ready to elevate my services in every way for my clients,” Mr Sullivan said.
Coronis agents Dale Kayrooz and Jackson Oram have taken the step into business ownership, exemplifying the company’s commitment to growth and providing a pathway to financial freedom.
“The Coronis Group is on a growth trajectory, and I’m excited for everything to come with our incredible team. Our mission is to change people’s lives for the better, and that’s exactly what each of our agencies are doing,” Ms Mazzocchi said.
