Richardson & Wrench Crows Nest gears up for growth

Dylan Fan and Kelvin Chow have taken the keys of the successful Alexander St franchise following the completion of the transfer of the business from real estate veteran Mark Rosati.

Mr Fan and Mr Chow have significant experience in the property space through their involvement with HRK+, which provides end-to-end design and construction services for high-end builds and developments.

“Buying this successful real estate business is a logical decision for us,” Mr Fan said.

“We knew we could use our property expertise to help people at the start of the buying and selling process to find the best properties for their aspirations.”

Also joining the business and supporting Richardson & Wrench Crows Nest clients through home transactions is the new Licensee in Charge, Jay Cao, who has more than 10 years of real estate expertise in resales, property management, and off-the-plan developments.

The trio enhances Richardson & Wrench Crows Nest’s already successful real estate team, which includes the sales director and former franchise owner Mark Rosati, who is continuing in the business to lead and support its strategic growth.

A real estate veteran who’s been serving the Crows Nest community for more than 30 years, Mr Rosati has seen the area transform into one of the most sought-after suburbs in Sydney.

“We’re delighted that Mark is continuing to deliver outstanding real estate solutions to our clients,” Mr Cao said.

“We look forward to learning everything we can about the local market from the team and their years of expertise to build on the agency’s outstanding reputation.”

“We’re also excited about working with Richardson & Wrench,” Mr Chow said.

“They are the right franchise choice for us.

“They are such a well-established name in Australian real estate, and we were impressed with the support, network, and resources available to us.”

Andrew Cocks, Group Managing Director of Richardson & Wrench, said the future looked bright for Richardson & Wrench Crows Nest.

“It’s wonderful to welcome Dylan, Kelvin, and Jay to Richardson & Wrench,” he said.

“We’re delighted to support them as they take the reins of Richardson & Wrench Crows Nest and continue to build the R&W presence in Sydney’s North Shore.”
