The Fragrance Foundation UK (TFFUK) has appointed Vanita Sabnani Dalamal, Vice President of Transformation, Strategy, and Creative Lab at Puig, as its new Chairman.
Also, Jane Boardman OBE, a board member since 2015, has been appointed Vice Chair. Boradman OBE is a Strategic Communications Consultant and Founding Chair of the British Beauty Council and will support Dalamal.
Dalamal brings over 30 years of experience in transformation, strategy, and brand development across the art, fashion, beauty, skincare, and wellness sectors. Her career includes leadership roles at esteemed organizations such as Estée Lauder’s Tom Ford Beauty and Sotheby’s.
In 2018, she rejoined Puig to establish the company’s global transformation hub and has since then focused on accelerating innovation, enhancing culture and creativity, and building forward-looking brand strategies.
Chair and head of the nominations committee, Annalise Fard, said,

Dalamal will help guide TFFUK and expand its reach, impact, and focus on its three strategic pillars: education, inspiration, and celebration.
